Personally identifiable data provided to Impactivate by you or by third parties will be kept confidential. Impactivate will only directly collect a limited amount of personal information from you as we do not engage in any transactions with you. Impactivate and/or Glenmede is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by third parties with whom you shared your personal information.

We will not sell or transfer your data to third parties for purposes of development and marketing of products or services to you. Impactivate may share any personal information, with Glenmede for purposes of answering questions you may have only. Anyone given access to personal data is required to keep it confidential and not use it for any other purpose other than to carry out the services they are providing. Impactivate requires third party vendors sign a formal confidentiality agreement and comply with our confidentiality policies and procedures. Such companies might be in the United States or Canada. Impactivate may otherwise disclose personal information as necessary to meet legal, regulatory, insurance, audit and security requirements, or as permitted or required by law, including the laws of the United States. Impactivate does not market services to individual consumers. However, we may use your personal information collected via Impactivate to Glenmede to enable it to contact you with newsletters or provide event invitations. Access to and Accuracy of Personal Information

You can request Impactivate to share with you your personal information that Impactivate has collected in order to verify, update and correct it, and to have obsolete information removed. We will ask for the request in writing and will respond within 30 days of your request. If Impactivate received the information from a third party, if possible we will let you know the name and address of the party so that you can ask them to correct it. We keep your information only so long as we need it for the products and services we have been hired to deliver, subject to reasonable business record retention policies and legal requirements. We have standards that meet these requirements. We either destroy information or render it anonymous when it is no longer needed.
